Pickup & Delivery: Pickup is available at the farm store. Delivery routes are available where offered. Delivery fees, if applicable, are billed separately.
If you’re new to buying directly from a farm, you’re in the right place. Here are the most common questions we hear from first-time customers.
When you've created your first subscription, your card will only be charged before each scheduled delivery or pickup, and you can pause or cancel any time.
We currently offer local delivery routes to Libby, MT as well as on-farm pickup. On the order form, choose your delivery or pickup preferences.
Yes. Subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can skip a week, pause for travel, or adjust your box contents and frequency. Just reach out at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery or pickup.
Subscription meat orders are delivered frozen and eggs are delivered chilled for food safety. If you have a strong preference for fresh vs frozen meat, check contact us for our slaughter schedule where you can pickup fresh whole birds on butchering day. (Four to six times per year)
If you won’t be available, you can reschedule, or choose farm pickup instead. We’ll coordinate a delivery window with you so your chicken and eggs stay safe and cold.
